No expectations, no strings attached, no commitments. A conventional one month relationship trial. Nobody was counting on falling in love.

Keanu Reeves (Nelson Moss), a workaholic executive who devoted his life to his career meets Charlize Theron (Sara Deever) whose charm helps bring out the best in men. The only thing they have in common: 1 hour at DMV where Nelson's ignorance leads to Sara's failing her license test. Sara, then tracks down Nelson and asks that he spends November with him - be her November.-

Through November, the two experience happy times and some break-ups. During the month, Nelson portrayed by Reeves examines his past and his current life in detail. Nelson later asks that Sara marries him.

This proposal sets a chain of events that reveal Sara's terminal Cancer to Nelson. Sara, then starts running away from Nelson and asks him numerous times to break-up with her. Sara wants Moss Nelson only to remember her with happy and fond memories of her.

The movie ends with Sara blindfolding Nelson and then walking away. Nelson, at the end, is seen at a park which they spent time together during one of their dates.

Keanu Reeves Sweet November

Keanu Reeves, one of the greatest actors of its time was born in Beirut in 1964. His name, Keanu, means "the cool breeze over the mountains" in the Hawaiian language. Keanu moved to New York City and then to Toronto after his family's marriag resolved when he was a kid.

In 1995, Reeves was chosen by "People" magazine as one of the 50 most beautiful people in the world.

In October 1997, Reeves was ranked #23 in the Britain based Empire magazine's "The Top 100 Movie Stars of All Time" list.

In May of 1993, Reeves was arrested in Los Angeles; charged with drunk driving.

Keanu Reeves was best friends with River Phoenix, elder brother of Jaochim Phoenix. River Phoenix died of an overdose outside Johhny Depp's Los Angeles nightclub, The Viper Room at the age of 23.

Keanu Reeves was deeply effected by the sudden loss of Phoenix. Keanu Reeves also had his share of problems with drug abuse thorughout his life.

Keanu Reeves loves ballroom dancing, motorcycles, horseback riding, surfing, he managed a pasta shop in Toronto when he was younger and was the gaolie of his higschool team. He must be quite good since he was given the nickname "the Wall" by his teammates.

Sweet November 1968

The original Sweet November (1968), starring Sandy Davis as Sara Deever and Anthony Newley as Charlie Blake, was a 114 min running release produced by Gina Production.

Released on February 8th 1968, Sweet November 1968 was filmed in New York City and directed by Robert Ellis Miller and written by Herman Raucher.

The tagline for the original Sweet November was "A girl I know, she is partly mad. Yet behind that smile, she is partly sad. She is partly calm, she is partly wild. But she is mostly woman -- No. She is mostly child."

Sara, in the original Sweet November movie, was portrayed as a Brooklyn Heights girl. Charlie was an Englishman attracted to this 22 year old Brooklyn girl.

Sandy Dennis, born in Nebraska and portraying Brooklyn Heights girl Sara Deever in the original Sweet November, was also a star of her time and had won the Best Suporting Actress Oscar for her role of Honey in the movie "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" also starring Elizabeth Taylor who won the Best Actress award during the same year.

Anthony Newley, born in London's East End on 24 September 1934, is also an Oscar nominee in the Best Music category of 1972 awards for his performance in the Willy Wonka & the Chocolate factory. Newly, inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1989, died of renal cancer on April 14th, 1999.

Sweet November is a 2001 American romantic drama film starring Keanu Reeves as Nelson Moss and Charlize Theron as Sarah Deever.
